If both of those are in NY legal configuration at those price points, I would give the S&W a try.
Do consider the cost of optics or iron sights into the equation as a lot of Smith configurations come with neither. Way to encourage another shooter guys. |

Honestly, don't put yourself through the stress. You know how hard its to give up something you love for no good reason? Don't spend the money on some half-breed mutt that will never be all it can be & never satisfy you completely. Id rather go w/out before I compromise. I don't need my nose to breath... Ill let the spite fuel my anger before I abide by their rules. FUAC, your day is coming!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fish...
You missed the boat, and then the second one where everyone lost everything. There is no AR15's that can be had at this point(unless your LEO). You can get a neutered monstrosity or some other semi auto rifle. Any of the rifles mentioned in this thread would be fine for going to the range, just find your budget and enjoy. Anyone send up the norcal signal yet... as fun as you guys are making this thread. |
