As the Rev Slim Shady Sharpton said, "There's no news here."  Anyone around the NYC political scene has known that Al is and has been untouchable for a long time.  He certainly should have gone to prison for orchestrating the defamation of Pagones and the others involved in the TB farce, but instead he got a slap on the wrist civil judgement against him that Johnnie Cochran paid for him.  Thanks to deBlasio, he's now the Deputy Mayor of anything he wants to stick his fat nose in, of NYC.

I have to agree with Slicky Al here - no news here. He has been a pure undiluted bag of spit from day one. Unlike wine, he has not gotten better with age, but a lot more slick and slimy. For this man to call himself a "preacher" would be akin to Obama calling himself a leader.



It is normal for the feds and staties to negotiate % on the dollar. No one gets screwed by this. You should realize that your typical fed or state tax lien is (in my limited experience) 40% tax due and 60% penalties, interest and late fees. Since our kindly uncle does not pay us interest on refunds due the IRS should not be charging interest on payments due. Also, since there is a limitation on how far back WE can file or amend a tax return to claim and collect a refund, the government should be likewise equally constrained by those same time limits.



Please do not lose the important parts of my response.

ETA: Charlie's was pushed aside today in favor of Sharpton.

You know, between IRS records and the press, EVERY trick he's played to make money and not pay taxes must be documented.

Somebody should compile it, summarize it, and publish it so we can all do exactly the same, and when IRS come a-knockin' and you're in front of the judge you pull out ol' Al's playbook and tell that judge you're doing exactly the same thing, so he'd best not treat you differently lest a big ol' lawsuit hit his jurisdiction.

Good luck with that.. It will not work for you.. your not one of the chosen class to skate the law.. They would throw the book at you.
