I hear pods of 10-20 are coming into salmon river right now.. maybe there will be some fish in there on monday I dont know, both times I have been there this year, including today I got nothin

Overall a great week, slow fishing, but me and rick mostly targeted steelhead by the time mid week rolled around, we did pull out some beautiful looking fish and I had a great time with the arfcom crew at the lake house. That was one hell of a great time

pics to follow and maybe a funny thread in GD, we'll see.

So depite being the slowest week I've ever had it was still pretty good, felt weird to chase mostly trout this time of year but oh well, the kings will show up soon enough and then I'll be popping them on the bank just like I always do, I just wanted my friends to experience that type of fishing, I get to see it all the time. We only had two solid days of fishing before you guys showed up. Can't wait to do it all over again next year.

You guys are damn good friends, wish I got to spend more time with you.

Another most excellent gathering even if the fishing gods are making me earn my way with the mighty salmon...

I was great spending time with all youse guys even if we had to put up with dealing with the grumpy old fart - EdSr.
Have any of you ever dealt with such a crank-ass complainer? I suspect that with his retirement finally kicking in, he
will only get more worser

Anyway, I split kinda early as the "boss" was/is not feeling so good. Didn't have a chance to say "see ya" to Brian, Matt
and Brad & Co. sooooooo

Got there late Sunday, I made 4 casts and my FRENCH surrender monkey reel shit the bed!

Did get to see FP1201 and the misses . nobody else got back to me where you guys were so I didn't come out Saturday.

There were few fish in the river, and Sat rained all day......................... with gale strength winds to make things worse (the lake pic was Sat)

salmon has been winding down (not that it was ever great aside from a few days this year) steelhead is going good though, if you head up let me know if you want company.
