Pistol license renewal has been delayed.
This law sucks, is unconstitutional,  and apparently unenforceable
The 7rd provision was also struck as unconstitutional.

EtA- keep up the pressure. They're cracking under it. When they realize we aren't going to settle down and grab our ankles they will lose.

When November comes and we sweep the state it will start the long process of change. Get every old grouchy conservative to the polls. We aren't Democrats so we can't vote for our deceased relatives, but with NYSUT and other unions hating Cuomo we have a good shot. Juat don't forget about the Legislature that let this abomination slide. Give them directions to the unemployment line.
