Better off buying a normal FNAR for around ~$1000 shipping it direct to an out of state gunsmith/ffl to cut off the pistol grip. It will be cheaper and have a better foregrip/rail system/built in bipod mount.

They sure took FUGLY to a new level.
Funny though- one of these sans tubular flash hider and with a 10 rd mag would be SAFE legal too.
