Are they good to go in NY, and can you add an extension to them(+2 rnd).

If a Glock magazine is marked LE it's NOT pre ban and it's illegal in NYS for a non LEO to possess it.

You're reading the 9.14.94 on the back of the mag and assuming it describes pre-ban status. It merely points out the effective date of the ban. They are not pre-ban, hence the "for LE use only" markings.
