THE IMAGE ABOVE IS A PAID ADVERTISEMENT I was under the impression that any post ban rifle may use pre ban mags, as the mags are preban and legal, and using them seems to not interfere with any of the stipulations mentioned in the NYS AWB. His claim is that it is only legal to use preban mags in a preban rifle...post ban can be used in either
*Obviously talking about out super ultra high automatic high capacity magazines. |

As long as the magazine is made before 9/94 you can have it in any rifle you want regardless of date of manufacture.

There is no law against using preban mags in postban guns. None.
It is a myth perpetuated by gun stores and in some cases police. |

Why do you have to prove you CAN do this? Make him cite the law that says you can not.

I heard you can only use pre-ban buffers with pre-ban buffer springs.
.............and whatever you do, don't put post-ban ammo in a pre-ban mag. It will literally explode right as you insert it into your magwell. |

You guys have it all wrong. Pre-ban mags can only be used in my guns. Send them to me and I'll help you all avoid costly violent felony convictions.
