Welcome. Can't help on the ranges as I'm north of you (near DFW airport), but I suspect someone will chime in. If you're coming from St Louis, temp will be similar with lower humidity.

Welcome to Johnson county... I'm up in Burleson.
Not much help on ranges, as my family has an 800 acre ranch approx 100 miles West of Ft worth... 1K and beyond

Hi OP! I moved from Kansas City to Arlington last year (and just recently moved back to the Midwest). I was a little disappointed in the range selection and shooting community in DFW. You'll miss those tax-funded public ranges.
Anywho... I would shoot at Shoot Smart in Grand Prairie or Fort Worth. It's a super nice indoor range. Perfect for when the weather is hot. I never did find a decent outdoor range. |

Only driven through but Craigslist deals always seem to be from around that are for mills lathe and tooling a garage shop would use.
