"The inmate, who was in jail on drug charges, told the investigators that between February 2016 and August 2016, Goodwin engaged in oral sex with him about 30 times, sometimes in view of other inmates. She claims it was much less often."

Because if it was "less often" that's okay?

I thought this was going to be about the Dallas County jailer that plead out his case a month or so back.

I guess the news never picked that one up. Of course he was a black homosexual so I'm not surprised.
