Anyone seeing an outfit called Vantage Point cruising neighborhood in a personal car with a little kojac light and a magnetic sign.  Claims he's taking pics of the house because "you can't see all the houses on Google".  

Sound legit?

Seems odd if he's getting out and taking pics. I've seen the google street view car before and it's got s huge camera on the roof.

Can you have a cruiser stop and check him out?
