Well, any interest this year?
I'm thinking a Friday shoot and camp, shoot Saturday. Second or third weekend of March? |
|
I would be down, the last one I went to was fun even though it rained the whole time and we didn't even shoot. Please keep the dogs away from Jim's beans.

Will there air conditioned rooms, Perrier Water, and escargot? J/K
Gotta check work schedule but if I'm off or can get off sounds fun. I just got regular toys though. I don't have any real fun stuff. |
|
I just left Clhar at the range, and meant to ask if you were planning on doing this.
I'll plan on being there, unless someone tells me I have to do something else! |

Never been. What part of Texas? Depending on family I might?? Central. Gotta check work schedule but if I'm off or can get off sounds fun. I just got regular toys though. I don't have any real fun stuff. I have a 12x24 wooden shed for home base. 40x40 pole barn. Water hose, and 1 outlet. Swimming pool, 200 yd. range. Charcoal grill, fire pit. Usually someone shows up with fun stuff. |

Only if it doesn't rain or if I'm not working
I work the 4th and 18th Saturday of march, so the 11th and 25th or good for me |

Cool, maybe everyone will listen to the rules this year and I wont have to babysit grown men. I looked at the steel last weekend and it's starting to get fucked. I'm happy about that.

My Thompson will be just under 9 months by then, and I hope to have it then. Ill bring the Sten MKII also this time. |

2nd weekend of March (11th-12th) would be my vote.
Unfortunately I have an unmovable conflict the 3rd weekend of March. |

Seems like I'm just around the corner from y'all each year. Per the AAR's, always looks like a good time. Curious if you're seeing the quail numbers coming back? We've been working that county pretty hard on the pigs for that reason and have been hearing positive reports from our landowners.

Crap...just started a new job and don't want to be taking days off as we get a new team started up. Otherwise I'd be in. Enjoy and hope you guys don't get rained out again.

I'm down, but not sure as I have a lot on my plate.
Set a date and I'll see what I can do. I've been craving a little bit of Southside. |
|
Might be able to come down depending on which weekend, have 2 10" AR500 plates if I can remember to pick them up from the ranch

We are seeing quail on the place I hunt in your neck of the woods as well. Hammering the pigs, and more importantly the fire ants. Any place we see quail, we mound treat an area 100+ yards around where we see them. |

That doesn't really narrow it down much. I'm two hours west of Austin and that is still central Texas. View Quote View All Quotes View All Quotes Quoted:

Central. Then you're probably within an hours drive. I'm 4-5 hrs out |

Nice, got it on a weekend far enough away from the wife's birthday this year...and I'll be on a cruise.
But I'd do it based on whatever weekend jbntex was available. |
