Link to the thread in GD. None of the local stores around here even sell guns anymore it seems but some of you may find something in your area.

Ruger Americans rifles for $200
Savage 22's for less that $100.

I really wanted one of the Americans in 243.

That was in San Marcos.  Still had some savage 22's and 17's...
Havn't looked at our local Walmart yet to c what they have.

Not at the new one in Princeton they were regular priced.
I did get the yeti knock off cooler and the counter guy was miffed since he didn't see it first.

Tomball isn't far and I've been away since '11 but their Walmart had more guns than some gunstores.  I had never seen another Walmart like that before or since.

I posted in the gd thread, but members in Denton looking for this deal, check the crossroads location on 380
I got the last 1895, but they had some of the other listed sales items. Worth a call.

Not around here (Johnson / S Tarrant)
Saw the $99 savage 22wmr in Crowley but that was it. Not even an empty place where they'd been sold

No clearance RARs, no Ozark tumblers, this AO blows!

Will be at alliance this afternoon. Maybe have better luck

Yes they do and had a pretty good selection of 22 and hunting rifles, shotguns and a ruger ranch.

Walmart in Marble Falls was cleaned out already as of Saturday when I stopped by.  I work all over central Texas and have been searing for one of the Ozark Trail Yeti knock off coolers for months and have not yet seen one. About to order an Rtic but it's like a 2 month wait time

Guys in the GD thread are saying the mark downs are coming from home office and should be the same at all stores. Ask for a manager and have them look the price up. So if the prices are still marked normal you just need to harass the manager it seems.

They don't even have the coolers online. Have been marked out of stock for months. I just looked again. They do have the metal Colemans on sale for $80 though.

People have still been able to find them as someone above posted.  Based on the thread in GD on them, seems like other parts of the country got bunches of them while not much here.  I'm in and out of Walmarts for work and haven't seen one yet.  The thread in GD said if you in up for the walmart app on your phone some people were having luck finding them. I really wanted one in time for dove season but no luck.  Academy has their Magellan versions, even camo versions now, but haven't read many good reviews on them.

Picked up two RARs in San Marcos, one in .30-06 and one in .243. I'll probably slap a VX-1 on the .243 and have a spare deer rifle for the lady. On the fence about whether to keep the .30-06 or not. Don't really NEED it, I just couldn't resist at that price.

Mine had a couple of 22's for $54 and a Mossberg shotgun for $198. Nothing that tickled my ass.

Well I sorta scored.

Had to do 100 mile round trip, but the cost was worth it.

RAR in .308...$199, kinda worth it. I wanted another 308, just wanted a heavy barrel, but this will work.

The REALLY good deal was a Mossberg 903 for $299.....SCORE!!!

I got the last of each so......sorry fellas.

UPC codes for the ones that may get lucky,

The really cool part was the folks in the dept.

2 ladies that were kinda pissed because I had to tell them about the price deal, but customer service was well above what I normally get at a Wal-Mart.
Then there was the guy, excellent service, just a bit too chatty, but I gave no complaints.

Today was a good day.

Picked up two Ozark Trail  20 oz tumblers at Wal Mart in Mineral Wells thirty minutes ago last two. They have the 30 oz most of the time . 20 oz are rare there.
