Beer kicked in I missed the "cut" part

Yeah, I think Jim may be the better one, make sure no other issues after chopping.

They have an active thread in the EE under services.  I have never used them but he seems to have great feedback and his work looks great.  He is in Dallas.

I've seen his work up close, threading at least. Worth a call to see about shortening an AK as well.

Richardson is a bit of a haul for you, but I have used Atwell Tactical for this several times now. Very happy.

I had Elk Castle cut down a AR 16" carbine to 11" and re-thread.  Looked like factory work, and the treads are concentric because I have had no strikes on my suppressor.  Also had them cut down a 18" 870 barrel to 12.5", also looked like factory work.

I do not know if they can do AK barrels, but if they do, I would trust them to do it.  Be sure to bring a copy of your Form 1 / Stamp

This.  Just mail it to him and he'll mail it back.  I just dropped off two items for him to work on.  Was a haul for me, so he's mailing it back.
