1st off...  Been a lurker for a while and some very generous members have floated me memberships while I have been deployed and assigned elsewhere.  2nd... Currently stationed at Ft Hood and recovering from spinal fusion of the L4 L5. Kinda figure I will be on the site more while I recover. Just wanted to say hi again fellow Texans. Also wanted to ask if anyone is into those competition shooting matches around the central TX area.

There are competitions around CenTex every weekend of the month.  Get on the Texas IPSC list and you'll get more notice of competitions than you can shake a stick at. Near you is a really nice USPSA at the Temple Gun Club.  Quick Google search will get you what you need.
