Can anybody recommend a gunsmith in Killeen that can do a simple upper receiver swap on an AR. The person that needs it doesn't have a vice, wrench, or the action blocks for an AR. basically pulling a barrel off an A2 upper, and putting it on a flat top upper is all that's needed.

I'm not a gun smith, but I can do it. I just did one of mine on Tuesday.

Jacks guns was recommended to me by Quantico tactical. He's in HH. I've personally never used him.
