No shit. I got fingerprinted and background check through the state security licensing board of DPS just to work on electronic security, no walking around with guns. So much for 3 strikes and your out, guess in some states you get a gun, dark sunglasses, and cargo pants instead to protect those who don't have felonies.

The guy could have easily racked up 3 felonies in a single ass-kicking event, especially if working security and got thrown under the bus. I do not believe he intended anyone any harm. He obviously didn't try to get stupid or hurt anyone at his then-current job.
If he had done bad towards the pres, then yes, the guy should be taken down. |
