Anybody in the area know what's going on?

I graduated from CPHS back in 2011 and just saw this on Facebook from one of my classmates.

Charged with indecency with a child. He won't do well in prison.

Everybody I went to high school with is not surprised by this at all.  I wonder if the courts in Conroe will civilly commit him after he serves his sentence.
