As I stated in an earlier post about NFA friendly CLEO's I may be moving to the Richardson area.

I was looking at gun ranges and it seems most I found were pay by the day but have all kind of restrictions like no FMJ. Which blows my mind and also no steel core. I shoot a lot of 54r and military surplus calibers.

Are there any ranges where you pay an annual fee and get a key to the gate? Free to shoot whatever you want as fast as you want and bring your own steel or clay targets for on the berms? That is the type of ranges I am used to.

I'm in Plano and also interested in finding a more accommodating range. I need to test my handloads at 200-300yds and I also want to be able to shoot cheaper FMJ with my new .308 build.

Carrollton here. Only one I know of is in Garland, but haven't had a chance to get out there yet. Any others?

Been here a while, still not many good places to shoot (especially outdoors)

Anything closer to Murphy / Wylie area that's not a 2 hour drive?

I would also like to know of a NFA friendly range, I'm located in McKinney and I know the old shooting hole North of McKinney off 75 you can no longer go shoot because people took advantage of the guy.
