Since my counterpart on the east side of Kansas jumped in with his request I will do the same.  I'm also the treasurer of the Smoky Hills (Salina) chapter.  We are having our Friends banquet on August 26th.  

We are needing interested NRA members to help with the effort.  This is a new organization from the previous chapter which closed back in 2014.  Go to Facebook and look for Smokey Hills Chapter.  Our Facebook page has information about the next meetings and how to buy tickets for the event.    If you don't want to do that post hear and I will contact you directly.

The previous post gives a good overview of why the Friends of the NRA is important since half the money raised stays here in Kansas helping provide funding for youth shooting programs, gun ranges, Boy Scouts, college shooting programs and many other causes here in KANSAS.
