Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Link to the legislation that protects FFLs from local municiple restrictions ?

I was told by an ATF agent that Kansas had passed legislation that protected ffls from restrictions by a local municipality , can anyone give me that info?

I got my FFL in 06 and was told that since then they (ATF)  most generally don't  bother to check local codes since Kansas has this law in place .
