Just throwing this out there for those of you who might be interested. Last one they had was back in 2011 and they had F-16's, A-10's, B-52's doing dummy bomb drops and real deal gun runs. They also had an Apache that did a flight demo and had the TACP guys running around and calling in the aircraft. Also had statis displays with TACP equipment and MRAP's.

ETA:  The A-10s stole the show.  The B-1 in full burner right above our heads was bad ass.  

No problem hope you and your family enjoy it. Yep. A-10's are definitely the primary event! In 2011 They had 4 A-10's, 8 F-16's and 2 B-52's. The B-1 was supposed to do a flyby but had a maintenance problem. Still hoping for a B-2 flyby as well as some F15's.

If you have not been to one you need to clear your schedule and be there Saturday morning.

I'm looking forward to this.  seeing Doc fly has me motivated to check out some in state aviation action.

Spoke to a couple of Air Force personnel today at Logan's in Salina, they are expecting a large crowd and HOT weather.
