Check OGC.  If Sports Authority has what you want, for individual boxes,  they may be the cheapest, but their stock is lacking and random.  Sometimes Young Guns and Security Equipment have decent sales.

For .223/5.56 ammo, it's best to buy when on sale after calling around.  no one place always has the best prices, especially if you have personal preferences in specific brands etc.  call first,  it doesn't make sense to burn $5 in gas and 90min of life to save a few bucks.
