I've used both pesty's place and Fargo Arms. Both went smoothly and charge $20.

Does Fargo Arms charge $20 for each firearm? or say, if my brother orders 4 lowers, is he going to get charged $20 or $80?

Ok...guess we're really spoiled down here in Sioux Falls...numerous FFL's that only charge $10-$20 regardless of the amount of guns transferred at one time.
