Am thinking about retiring to the Devils Lake area.  Are SBR (short barreled rifles) and or suppressors legal?

ETA.  NFA will be shall sign when this years laws go active.  1 July or 1 August, not sure which.

I believe it is 1 August, along with suppressors being legal for hunting and rest stop carry.
