Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - ND Prairie dog shooting - ammo question

I'll be out in the next couple weeks for work and plan to do some prairie dog shooting.  Based on last year I'd need about 500 rounds.  I've only got 10 boxes of ballistic tip.  Is ball ammo strictly forbidden?  I can't find any regulations on it.  Thanks.

Game and Fish website doesn't even have regulations about prairie dogs.




I would think you are good to go, but have you ever shot one with FMJ? It's not fun if there isn't pieces flying everywhere.
