Just got a call from a friend asking me if I was going to the meeting tomorrow (10/20) at 6pm for the city council vote on building a 4 building apartment complex up near Del Range to house refugees.

I'd heard something about this months ago.  At that time, another friend had mentioned that they'd already broken ground.  At that time, I did some research, and found nothing beyond a foiled attempt to get the state to accept refugees.  

Neither Google nor Yahoo shows anything. The most recent KGAB article regarding refugees is from last November, and I won't give KGWN the time of day. Anybody got any genuine news on this?

Wyoming is the only state without  a "Refugee Program".

There will be zero refugee placement from the Federal Government here in Wyoming.
