Be quick about it. Places are selling like hotcakes up here and it seems like prices increase daily. It took me about 5 trips to actually buy a place by being out offered (over asking price) or the houses I was coming to look at get offers accepted the day I was flying out.
Its kinda crazy, should certainly be a blessing for my business though. |

Good! More blood for the pool here.
Just moved here too and noticed there is some inbreeding problems in ID.

1. Welcome to Idaho.
2. Don't even think of voting to raise my property taxes. As far as #2 goes, a majority of Boise in 2016 voted to raise everyone's property taxes to fund some recreational land project. Property tax already goes up enough as it is due to increasing home value. |
