I had high expectations of gun shows here when I moved to the area in 2008. I went to one or two when they used to hold shows at the state fairgrounds. I didn't see much reason to go anymore. I think gunshows as a whole save for the big ones aren't worth going to anymore. To much unrelated junk and overpriced guns for my tastes.

Show here seems pretty similar to the ones I have been to in Texas. Lots of stuff, not much anything special, except all the non-gun stuff.
To be honestly with so many decent shops around here it is pretty hard to beat what is already available. |

I only go to gunshows anymore if I need more wax for my Scentsy.

The last show i went to in january was amazingly good. Picked up a Johnson 1941 for a great price, never seen one in the wild. Lots of milsurp, man I had the hardest time not blowing the 5k I had in my pocket.
It was the best show I had been to in 15 years. |
