This is the first time I've ever lived somewhere that actually has one of these programs.  Do people stake out the lines here like I've read about in other places?

A buddy of mine convinced me to go to one in BR a year or two ago to try to purchase some guns and we were immediately run off by the cops the second a person walked up to us. He and another friend had had a lot of success at one in NOLA a few weeks prior which is why he wanted to give the one in BR a go.
