What is the real truth on the severed head and burned body found in Jackson?
I know there is a topic on GD but it has drifted as GD does.
The head being placed on a porch has to be a warning to somebody.
Was this a general warning to the black gangs that the Latino gangs are taking territory and the area drug trade?
Or was it just a individual warning for the porch owner to pay his drug bill because this is what happened to the last guy who did not pay his drug bill?

The thing that stands out in that press conference is the huge amount of makeup on that Chief of Police.
