I would add the caveat that ME has a "duty to notify" if you do not have a ME permit. Something to keep in mind if you get pulled over. Also, they have a longer list of "no-go" carry places than NH has. I don't know about VT. |

If you dont have a Me compatible permit you have to inform le Establishments licensed for on-premises consumption of liquor, if the premises are posted. Note that even if there is no posted prohibition, it is illegal to carry on these premises while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and federal property unless allowed with a permit. I have yet to see a no guns sign in my area. |
