I'm visiting NH later this month. I do not possess a valid carry license from any other state (I just moved and my old resident license from CO is no longer valid).  I'm good to conceal carry in NH though, right?

How does that work for out of staters?  As a NH resident, can I carry right through VT and ME?

Maine has some fucky laws tagged with it. There certain places you can't carry like any place that serves alcohol, and I think some state parks and you must declare to LE if stopped IIRC

Yes.
I would add the caveat that ME has a "duty to notify" if you do not have a ME permit. Something to keep in mind
if you get pulled over. Also, they have a longer list of "no-go" carry places than NH has.

I don't know about VT.

Yes anyone can thats not already forbidden to carry or under age..

If you dont have a Me compatible permit you have to inform le

Establishments licensed for on-premises consumption of liquor, if the premises are posted.  Note that even if there is no posted prohibition, it is illegal to carry on these premises while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs and federal property unless allowed with a permit.

I have yet to see a no guns sign in my area.

I think I found it.  Here's the ad:

Americans for Responsible Solutions PAC
“Hidden Guns”
3/08/17
Radio - 60 seconds
Voice - Bill Barry

I’m Officer Bill Barry, a life long Granite Stater, a husband, a father and have been in law
enforcement for 32 years.

I know that New Hampshire has a strong history and tradition of gun ownership and
hunting. But as a father, I also know that we need to balance our rights with our
responsibility to the safety of our kids and communities. We’ve all seen what can happen
when a gun falls into the wrong hands.

The corporate gun lobby likes to say that allowing anyone to carry a hidden gun is safe,
but police and law enforcement know - it’s not. There is no way that I want just anyone,
regardless of training, practice or motivation, to have a hidden gun around my family.
I was shocked that Gov. Sununu signed SB12, choosing to legalize hidden guns as his
first bill signing.

We have to remember that life isn’t like the movies and people carrying guns in New
Hampshire should be stable, responsible and well trained. Tell Gov. Sununu to stop
taking orders from the corporate gun lobby and start focusing on NH priorities.
Fucking losers.  "We lost.  And now we're going to spend money stamping our feet about it."

More like "we forgot that Vermont has had the same law forever and there has never been any of the problems we are suggesting will happen in New Hampshire".
