Can I ship rifle ammo to MA? I know the laws are insane there, figured I'd ask!

No law against it. Just make sure that the recipient has a MA LTC (for pistol ammo or any other) or MA FID (for rifle ammo only). [Illegal to possess in MA w/o proper license.]

MA AG doesn't want any guns/ammo in MA so threatens large companies to get them to agree not to ship anything to MA.
