Sold a Glock 19 THREADED barrel to someone in Massachusetts.  Post office didn't seem comfortable shipping it.  Is it legal for me to ship/sell a threaded Glock barrel to someone there???

I thought it was ok but this has me wondering...

Perfectly ok to ship, it just a hunk of metal.
How do they know what it is? Its not a complete firearm so it shouldn't matter, go to another post office, send it out and dont tell them what it is.

No problem at all.  Even a complete Glock.... if the FFL is willing to take it its on them.

Also, why are you telling your post office what you're mailing.

If its not one of the things they ask you about (batteries, hazards, etc.) don't tell them.
