Hello All!

A friend of my owns a cabin in NH on the VT line, and is going there to open it up for the season this weekend.  He was wondering, what is required for an out of state resident to buy a rifle/shotgun in either state, both from a private citizen, and an FFL holder?  He has both a CT and NH non-resident pistol permit.
