"A record five citizen initiated ballot questions will be voted on November 8th. Both sides of  the five issues (legalizing marijuana, increasing funding for education, BACKGROUND CHECKS ON GUN TRANSFERS, an increase to the minimum wage and ranked choice voting) will be fighting for media and voters' attention".

Mr. Trahan is the Executive Director of the Sportsman's Alliance of Maine.

He spoke in OPPOSITION to the Background Check referendum and advocated for a NO vote on Question 3.
