Not directly, but if DC appeals to SCOTUS and they uphold the ruling it will. Best case scenario for us is Kennedy and/or Ginsberg get replaced soon and SCOTUS takes a CCW case. If they both leave we'd be positioned really well for a favorable ruling.

In before the emotional analysis....

No, it won't impact NJ directly, as it's a circuit court ruling, just as if any other federal circuit court ruled on it (rulings at that level only apply to the part of the country served by that particular circuit court).  For now, it only applies to the District of Columbia (the only territory covered by that circuit).  The only way this could impact NJ would be if A) the powers-that-be in DC appealed this ruling to the Supreme Court, or B) the Supreme Court finally decides to hear a 2nd Amendment case, because there are now diametrically-opposed rulings between different district courts (something the USSC loathes, and usually tries to correct).

So, for now, nothing changes here in NJ.
