Looking for some council for my son.

He was up there in May and got a ticket on the beach for an open container. He is 20. The ticket is marked for mandatory appearance.

He has an expensive Bud light lime to pay for.

If it is just a Fine, tell your Son to pay it, leave and don't come back. He could have been arrested, but lucky him.

Is it an ordinance or actual possession charge? (One should be L.O. X-X , the other would be 2C:33-15).
