Oh, and it's old news

I find the arrest of this peaceable citizen (with the unloaded BB gun) to be an abomination of the constitution and a miscarriage of justice.. If the object of these laws is subservience that can and will never happen,   With time I predict NJ gun owners will just thumb their nose at the illegal and unconstitutional laws being put into place here and the police will eventually start laughing at the legislators.   Only mass civil disobedience will send the message and it will happen. Peaceable people are tired of being punished for hurting no one.

This shit has been going on since the 1960's. If it hasn't happened yet I doubt it will ever happen. This state is a lost cause. A wall should be built around it and it should be pushed into the sea with NY. The only way to stop this shit is to move and go to a free state because things will never change here.

The arrest should have been made for being in such a bad movie.
