WOW that was surprisingly much harder than I thought it would be. ....getting over the nervousness of knocking on the first few doors is the hardest part.  I've never done anything like that before.   I got about XX house but only got to about XX before the rain started coming down so hard that the papers were getting wet.   I got about xx signatures from those xx houses,  about xx percent were not even home.

Half the signees were all for it,  the other half didn't really know or care but signed anyway after we talked a few minutes.   Ignorance is bliss I guess.  I was the same way till a year or so ago.

All in all the said xx signees was alot,  I didn't think so and was a little disappointed till they told me that.   Most guys were coming in with xx or xx and saying the same thing,  that most people don't really care.  

I can't wait to do it again,  I fit a nice little speach down now.   And ill bring a small office trailer next time too.

And got to meet Alexander. ....nice guy, he needs a secretary,  lol

Yeah, this is the first I'm hearing of this.

Show up today and ask Alexander yourselves.

Feet are a bit sore from walking all day yesterday, but glad I participated.  Great organization of the event and petitions by NJ2AS. For OPSEC reasons I won't divulge how many signatures I gathered, but I'm satisfied with my efforts.  Was more graciously received by most residents than I expected.

Same here. You are right about OPSEC.

All the NJ  Gun and Hunting  Web Sites are being gleamed  for info and negative Press about us,  Spread the work .

Although I was unable to participate Saturday (had to work and my son's birthday) I'd like to sign a petition if possible. Is there any way to do that?

The only people eligible to sign the recall petition are registered voters living in State Senatorial District #3
All NJ residents can collect signatures on the petitions, but only District 3 voters can sign.

Okay, that was a great start and this is going to be difficult, but totally worth doing.

I look forward to seeing you folks again and when we turn these in I might have a surprise.
