Quote History Quoted:
It should come as no surprise to any long time Jersey resident; and it is not a case of corruption either.
It is simply a reflection of the culture of N.J.
Guess who allowed this culture to take hold and establish- your grandparents, parents and you.
All of "us" collectively allowed this culture to establish and grow over the last 40 or 50 years by pulling the wrong lever at the polls.
The electorate has no one to blame but their short-sighted, apathetic selves.
Have a good look in the mirror and it will become clear to you.

Meh, indoctrination, power, corruption, lack of societal cohesion, special interests... No not us hemcon9, them. Our own sometimes over focused pursuit of self sufficiency, self-ruling and self-thinking make "us" less negotiable among ourselves, splintering us in very effective ways. We are then picked down, kicked down because as long as we show a failure to bond in our mindset, our counterpart build cohesive, sometime disparate special interests to move as a voting block. Any failure for the elected party is overlooked by their main interest of literally destroying us.
But let us not forget the tacit collusion of the Press/media. Because their past ran along the lines of "killing one of them" was equal to or more needing of justice than the policeman being killed, they walk with impunity, their protection of guarding the identity of real AND imagined sources, allows them mental superiority and justification, self aggrandizement, a position of intelligencia among their reading "moron" masses. "We know better... than YOU."
I could go on but truly it is not US, but them. We believe and pursue life, liberty, the PURSUIT of happiness, and above all with integrity, them, not so much.
