Cumberland is 600 IIRC.
Closest I believe is about 3 hrs from Philly excluding Dix of course.

There's another one in W va. Something or other "training center" pretty new. Sorry, I forgot the name.

Edit: Peacemaker training ctr. in Gerrardstown.

I'd guess to get to 2K yds you'd need to travel west a bit.

Another:Bridgeville, DE
Bridgeville Rifle & Pistol, 1000 yd.

Eight miles west of Rexburg, Idaho. $40.00 a year, excellent place.

Yeah I've been curious about this as well.  I'm in the planning stages of a precision bolt gun and the caliber I choose would depend on how far out the local ranges go.  Looks like .308 is about as large as I can practically go

Cumberland only being 600 doesn't even scratch the surface of the distance I need. Shooting on the east coast is a lot different than the midwest where you just find a long stretch of nothing and a mountain to go into.

probably cheaper to pack up and take a few days in the west to dial in.
