Ask Magpul they would likely know as well. ATF is a bizarre world... they gave full approval on a fake suppressor to be imported... after a boatload were imported with the long arm, they reversed their decision and caused a shit storm for the vendor AND evry poor bastard who legally purchase same. They had to initiate a stealthy exchange program. Don't ask me who, I forget. |

you can always call magpul and ask if you can order directly form them, if its not legal they wont sell it
