Anybody know of a good place I can get two of these?

Haven't ever seen those and looked them up.  Not sure what you want to do, but there are better options that I'm sure are cheaper.   Those radios will be very limited in capability.   If you are looking for the 343 because you want that particular model, then good luck with your search.  I will keep an eye out.

I was looking for something to use for the family in an emergency and also just to collect. What are the better options you mentioned?

If you want to collect, then by all means go for it.  Using the radios looks to be a different story based on power output and frequency.  Think WiFi type ranges.  So, not far.  I have never actually used those particular models, just looked at the specs on The Google.  

Take a look/read on the ham forum here.  Best answer is to get your ham license to be legal and know how to use the radios.  To do it the right way, it's a little more than just buying a radio.
