Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Medical Insurance for an israeli Citizen who comes to the U S

My son has an Israeli girlfriend  (37 1 child) she went to school for some time in AZ and speaks perfect English.  She visited last month and they have hit it off.  Aa a grandfather I'm concerned with making certain that she and the child are covered by health insurance.  Is anyone here familiar with their medical insurance?

Your question is vague. If your loved one needs health insurance it can be obtained through several means.
Thanks to the Affordable Care Act, insurance cost are now very expensive.  One may get a subsidized policy, but you have to qualify.
It also depends on what state you are residing.
