Cant seem to open the video. For licenced stuff it's not a problem if you have the correct license in you home country, the only problem would be if said blackbox contained a landmine or a nuke.

You do need to arrange an export perrmit (no big issue but keep in mind it can take a couple of weeks.

Other things like powerful airguns ect are 18+ and a valid ID
