Hello all,

I am at the beginning of a 3-year tour in the Ramstein area.  The Rod-Gun club folks seem pretty knowledgeable on the steps and licenses needed to to purchase a firearm.

My question is this, I am a recreational shooter (some IDPA/IPSC) and not a hunter.  Are there any specific pistols or rifles that would be worth saving up for while here in Europe?

The only thing that comes to mind is a Sig P210, I've also seen that FN has relisted the 9mm High Power.  

Any ideas?

This one is pretty nice, and I don't think that it's available in the US.

Compare prices, sometimes it's alot cheaper buying an European brand back in the States.

I bought a CZ75 over here, that again was cheaper here than back home in the US back in the day.
