Well I never, and neither would any of us, the use of deadly force paragraph is anchored in the Bürgerlichen Gesetzbuch and the Strafgesetzbuch, and as a we all know, what the individual thinks is right when he is having his rights ignored by a criminal late on a dark autumn night when he is all alone, and what all those well dressed and well educated people who run our legal system think are two different ball games.
