Archived [ARCHIVED THREAD] - Someone tried to steal my Jeep Cherokee

Went to leave for school and notice my driver door isn't shut tight.  Someone got it and fubared the ignition cylinder, trying to steal it.  Nothing of real value in it but broke, My glove box.  Damn just hate this shit.  Be on the watch.

Someone tried to bust into my sisters truck at UNM a couple weeks ago, South Lot area.
Looks like they tried to pry the handle/lock on the drivers side door.

Sorry to hear about your jeep.

If you are in the East Mountain area, this has been occurring almost every night recently. There is a Facebook page called East Mountain Neighborhood Watch with numerous posts of mostly trucks being stolen and an increase in home break ins.

My XJs oil pressure dropped to between 0 and 5 while climbing a mountain today makes me sad as we are on a three day hunt.
Never warmed up or made extra noise.
