So my birthday is this weekend (nov2) and I really have no idea what to do.. I live right on the border of nm and colorado. So denver and albuquerque are about the same distance.  Been to Denver a bunch and thinking of heading south. So what's there fun to do? Anything from a cool museum,  maybe something outdoor ish, epic food joints? I've done the whole Google thing but asking locals is generally the best thing to do. So what should I look into?

It will help to know how old you are. The atomic museum is cool. There are great hiking and mountain biking trails. Natural history museum. Happy birthday.

There are some good restaurants if you go digging. I'm currently digging the Middle East Market by my place on San Pedro and Montgomery. Amazing shawarma, they do gyros, hummus, etc.
