That Yugo is more reliable/dependable than the car I bought for my little sister when she was in college

Me likes AK actions

FS2000, Remington 870 Wingmaster, PS90, FN49, KTR03S, M&P15T w/ Spikes Havoc, Remington 870 wingmaster
SR9 w/ Viridian, SIG GSR w/ TLR -2, late 1980s Inox 92F, Interarms/Walther PPK/S

I've also got an M1 Garand, STG-556, RRA AR-15, Remington 1100, and a Browning Auto-5 Riot gun not pictured.  (I just moved, I didn't have enough room to stick them in the car so I left them back east with family.)

I think I'm doing OK for someone who's only 21.

Sweet.  How does the FS2000 and the PS90 shoot?

.22's

Link Posted: 2/12/2010 8:23:24 PM EDT
[#11]
The PS90 was one of the first guns I bought when I turned 18, I had always wanted one ever since childhood and started saving my money as soon as the civil version was announced.

I love it, it's very accurate, compact, easy to take care of, and most importantly built well.

The FS2000 on the other hand, is a huge let down. I bought it last year expecting it to be built like the PS90, boy was I wrong..
it feels like a cheaply made piece of junk. I've seen better plastic used to make airsoft toys than the FS' trigger group. I've only got 30 rounds through it, and I'm already thinking about getting rid of it.

I prefer my MSAR STG to the FS. Shouldering the STG is like hugging a super model as compared to shouldering the FS, which feels like you're pointing Rosie Odonnel down range. On top of that, the STG is by far easier to completely take down and clean compared to the FS. Oh, and the scope rings under the el-cheapo plastic housing is also.. plastic. The gun just doesn't inspire confidence in me like the PS90 and MSAR do.

I'm really wishing that I had just bought something else and stuck with the MSAR as my only .223 bullpup.

What would you like to know?

It's the most accurate Kalashnikov varient I've ever owned, stone cold reliable. Not much more to say.

http://i829.photobucket.com/albums/zz220/Dozaken/KTR001.jpg

At the moment, I need a few parts for it. I reconfigured my AR-15 and got rid of the goofy launcher last week. I used parts from the KTR to do it heh.

I'm thinking about a Houge grip, Magpul AFG, some troy rail covers, oh and I need to find a way to stake the pin holding the rail system onto the FSB.

Got reunited with an old friend a few days ago.

Last year I gave this pistol to my best friend for helping me move, last week I paid him $600 to get it back. Originally, it was a black oxide MK VII IMI made gun. But his body oils must be made of acid or something, because when I got it back the finish was almost all gone off the slide, front strap, and beaver tail.

So today I scrubbed all the surface rust off of it and refinished it in Appliance Epoxy. It's not that great, but it'll hold until I can send it off to Magnum Research to get it redone in Matte Chrome or Gold.

Built this off an STG-58 kit with a DSA receiver and other stuff.

An Imbel on DSA receiver and other 922 shiite.

its a great CCW , extremely slim and accurate enough. my only complaint is the boxy grip makes it a bit uncomfortable to shoot more than a mag through. if your ever in the espanola area your more than welcome to check it out and put a few rounds through it to get your own opinion

Can you hit it with your thumb? Or trigger finger only?

Link Posted: 2/21/2010 12:31:42 AM EDT

I use my trigger finger, to use my thumb the gun has to shift slightly in my hand. after having dropped loose more than a few mags out of XDs (even in leather holsters)  i like the design of the mag release on the pps

I was wondering why one, the other, or both of them weren't up there playing around while I was taking pictures.

They were playing around in the gunsafe at the time.  It took some treats to get the little boogers out.  What is it with gunsafes and kitties?

Thanks.  The next time I'm heading up there, I'll shoot you an IM.  There are times that I'm stuck there for a day or two.

Walthers have never been known for rapid mag replacement.  Afterall, small pistols are defensive handguns, not combat handguns.

Also, a handgun is a weapon that you use to keep the target at bay until you can engage them with your RIFLE. A rifle is an offensive/move forward weapon.
